Baby Balm

Description

Our Baby Balm is made from grass-fed tallow which is known to hold vitamins A, D, E, K and many antioxidants. This balm contains anti-inflammatory and healing properties while it pH balances the skin. The organic scent of lavender is smooth and calming. Our Baby Balm is absorbed quickly without a residue and a little bit goes a long way. If used daily, this jar can last about a year. Our Baby Balm is ideal for babies or adults with sensitive skin.

Ingredients:

Grass-fed tallow is an essential building block of healthy skin and cell membranes. It bio-identifies with skin and nourishes the skin at a cellular level. This tallow provides a moisture barrier that is breathable making it ideal for inflammatory skin conditions. Tallow can reduce the signs of aging, inflammation and promote a smooth even skin tone.  

Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that may make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash. It's especially beneficial for those with acne, sensitive or oily skin. Our heirloom medicinal-grade calendula is grown organically right here at Foster Farmstead then slowly infused in extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil will not clog pores making it beneficial for face application. Calendula contains anti fungal and antimicrobial properties which help prevent infection and heal broken skin. Calendula has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties as well.

Lavender is a highly sought after essential oil when it comes to healing skin conditions, burns and cuts. With its anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antimicrobial and detoxifying benefits, lavender essential oil can help reduce redness, soothe and calm the skin and rapidly heal minor cuts and scrapes, as well as any rashes.

This product is shelf stable up to a year or more if stored in a cool, dry place.
